Questions
Is this a real WhatsApp conversation?
No. It draws a WhatsApp-style chat for a mockup, a meme, a storyboard, or a demo. It does not send messages and it is not connected to WhatsApp.
Do you upload what I type?
No. The editor runs in your browser. The conversation stays on your device until you download a PNG or an MP4.
Can I make a group chat, use dark mode, and set read receipts?
Yes. You can turn the thread into a group, switch light or dark, and set each message to sent, delivered, or read.
Can I export a video, not just a screenshot?
Yes. PNG is a still screenshot. MP4 plays the chat being typed, with a typing indicator between incoming messages.
What should I not use this for?
Fiction, demos, memes, and decks are fine. Do not use a fake chat to impersonate a real person, fake evidence, or run a scam.
